Dr. Snehil is a Consultant Interventional Cardiologist with more than 10 years of experience of dealing with heart related complaints. He has completed all his medical education from government hospitals in Mumbai and has worked as an Assistant Professor in Nair Hospital, Mumbai where he taught medical students at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. He has also been trained abroad and has obtained a Fellowship in Interventional Cardiology from Rambam Hospital, Haifa, Israel. Presently, he is working as a Consultant Cardiologist at Hinduja Hospital, Khar, Mumbai and is available for consultation at Aashvi Clinic, Malad.

Dr. Snehil specialises in evaluation of chest pain, breathlessness, uncontrolled blood pressure and abnormal heart beats. His chief interests include treatment of heart attacks, heart failure, heart valve diseases and performing angiography and angioplasties. He is one of the few Cardiologists in the city to have been trained internationally for treatment of aortic valve disease by a novel treatment method called TAVI through which valve replacement is performed without need of an open heart surgery. He also does pacemaker implantations and device closures for defects/ holes in the heart walls.

He has various national and international academic papers and presentations to his credit and has featured in multiple newspapers and TV channels/ radio stations for his comments.
